Answer: A deposit check is to be mailed in the amount of $750 to:

credit cards are excepted
- The deposit will become a security deposit after
receipt of the full rental payment. The security deposit will be returned 30 days
from departure date, less a cleaning fee of approx. $250 and a 10% Truckee rental
tax.

far is Alderlodge from Casinos & Ski areas? |
|
Answer: - Approx. 40 minutes from Reno and 35 minutes from North
Lake Tahoe.
- 15 to 30 minutes to all North Shore Ski areas. Please refer
to our Ski Map.

many people can Alderlodge accommodate? |
|
Answer: - 18 people comfortably…..and that is the maximum allowed.

far is Alderlodge from the closest town? |
|
Answer: - 10 minutes from downtown Truckee

What
type of vehicle will I need during winter ? |
|
Answer: - 4 wheel drive, Snow tires or Chains are required in order
to get up the private driveway. Please look at the driveway photo TO YOUR RIGHT.
When it storms plowing can take 4-6 hours depending on storm intensity.

do I bring to make my stay more comfortable? |

Answer: - All kitchens are supplied with everything you will need
to cook, except for personal condiments.
- Firewood is provided.
- We
have the largest DVD/Video collection of any Tahoe rental.
- Linens (sheets
& towels) can be provided for an additional $155 which is due at the time
of rental payment.
